Membership Details FEE’s

Unlimited CrossFit Classes, $42.50 per week Direct Debit on a day that suits you.
*Note – using direct debt will incur a small fee of $1.20 for every debit transaction and $4.40 if you wish to use a credit card for your debt. We obviously encourage using a direct debit over the credit card option to help avoid extra fees.
There are no contract terms associated with the direct debit. Your payments will be processed in advance.
At CrossFit Hammer & Tong, we have NO sign-up fees, NO cancellation fees and NO administration fees.

Couples Discount – $80 a week ( $5 Discount a week)
Drop in session – $20 or buy a shirt

Membership Holds

Membership holds are only available upon request and require notice 7 days via email before the corresponding payment.
*Please note, All public holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Years holidays are factored into your fees and no pauses for this time will be processed or approved. If you want to stop your membership for one month then please follow the details as listed above.

Membership Cancellations

All we require is for you to come in sign some paper work and 2 weeks notice to cancel your membership.

Introduction Program

The Intro program is $150 for all 3 sessions, to be paid on arrival of the 1st session. This is perfect for those who are new to CrossFit training. Please contact info@cfht.com.au or call 0400117118 (Ben) to book in your first session.

CrossFit Visitor / Drop In’s

We enjoy drop in’s, although we need you to have at least 3 months experience at an affiliate. Drop in’s are $20 per class or $50 for a weekly pass. Please drop us an email to give us the heads up info@cfht.com.au that you are coming.

FAQ

HOW DO I START?
Your start with CrossFit will depend on what you’re currently doing in the way of training.

If you haven’t trained before or within a CrossFit facility, don’t worry. We have a great On-Boarding program. Our On-Boarding program is a great way to learn the basics and introduce your body to strength training at your own pace. We do a full body analysis so we understand exactly where your starting point should be on the program and help guide you from there!

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER LIFTED WEIGHTS BEFORE?
No problem! Our Program caters to the very beginners or the more experienced athlete. We can also customize our Program at any stage to fit your unique needs and help you progress at a pace that is right for you.
I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I STILL BEGIN?
It depends on the degree of the injury. Most injuries occur due to weakened or under-active muscle groups, which put additional stress on other areas of the body, inevitably causing damage. Not only is strength training a great way to rehab an injury, it’s also a great way to prevent them from happening in the future! We work hands-on with a wide variety of specialists and accommodate our program to suit the requirements of most injuries (including lower back!).
WILL STRENGTH TRAINING MAKE ME BULKY?
We LOVE this question! Also, the answer is, WE WISH! Many of us put a heap of effort into building muscle and getting stronger, and unfortunately – this is way harder than it’s made out to be. You will get stronger from strength training, but to get truly “bulky” takes many years of work and the purposeful desire to do so.

It is all within your control.

WHAT IF I LACK MOTIVATION & EASILY FALL OFF THE WAGON?
We feel you – and ‘we’ve all been there. We have custom-built our very own accountability program to ensure you prioritize yourself – even when life gets crazy! This program includes regular check-ins with your coach, messages, and calls if ‘you’ve been MIA from classes.

We ‘WANT’ you to use your membership, we will hold you accountable – with the utmost love & support – every step of the way!

Not all fitness is created equal, and there are specific standards that separate the GREAT programs from the mediocre and the average from the downright ugly.
