It’s designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience and conditioning who is looking to become leaner, stronger, faster, fitter and more confident.

HAMMER ACTIVE

Hammer Active Program is a good all round program that is going to get you a good base of fitness as well as building lean muscle and dropping Body fat.

It takes away the absolute strength of heavy lifts but it maintains our need for full range movement with a balance of weights and cardio.

TONG VIRUS

The Virus is an extra 15 Minute accessory program for those who want to ask that little bit more of their body.
With a mix of Strength, Conditioning, Gymnastic, Weightlifting it is sure to boost your performance in the gym, on the field and even in competition.

TONG BUILD

The BUILD program is a 3 day a week accessory program to help build lean muscle and bullet proof your body.
Keep niggles and injuries at bay with this 4 weekly block program that helps strengthen tendons & ligaments.
Progressive overload is they keep with Muscle Building, not feeling today’s workout, come in and take advantage of the open gym and hit our body building workout.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Work on techniques and strength while working on our main lifts – Snatch & Clean & Jerk. From beginner to Advanced our coaches will be able to help you learn and understand the movements, get more comfortable in the technique and have you breaking PB’s

MIDLINE

Core work is crucial to a strong healthy body. Everyday H&T has a 5-10 min core accessory program that will help strengthen your midline, which will in turn help promote stronger lifts but more importantly safe guard your body from injury.
